WHAT DATA DO I KEEP AND WHY DO I NEED IT?

Name and age –  this is basic information that helps me get to know you.

Address, email address, phone number – I use this as a way of contacting you regarding your sessions. I will mainly use the method you first contacted me on but if I cannot reach you, I will try a different method.

Next of kin/ GP’s details – If I was worried that you were at risk then I may need to contact your next of kin or GP, if I can. I will let you know when/if I am going to do this.

Session notes – I keep brief anonymous notes of our session(s). It is mainly stored as hard copy in a locked filing cabinet. Immediately after the work is finished, I transfer the data with your initials to my password protected computer. Your phone number(s) may be kept in my business mobile phone with your first name and last initial. Only I will access your information.

WILL I SHARE YOUR DATA AND IF I DO, WHO WILL I SHARE IT WITH AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?

It is very unlikely that I will share your data. I will not share, rent or sell it on to third parties for marketing purposes. I may have to share it if my notes are ordered by court or for the prevention of fraud or other crimes. If you or anyone you tell me about is at harm or risk of harm I may have to pass this information on.

HOW LONG WILL I STORE YOUR DATA FOR AND HOW WILL I DISPOSE OF IT?

I will keep our session notes for 5 years. After this time I will shred this and any other document or stored files with your personal information on.

I will delete your phone number out of my mobile phone 3 months after our work finishes, unless you have opted for me to keep your number and/or email address in order to receive future updates.

If you purchase a product from my website, your payment details are not taken by Luna Life Transformation but collected by a third party who specialise in securely processing your payment.

HOW IS YOUR INFORMATION USED?

I may process your personal data that has been given in the course of:

o  providing services to you;

o  communicating with you;

o  processing a payment for services provided;

o  ensuring the security of our services;

o  maintaining backups of our databases;

o  lawful record keeping and billing.

I am legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations. I will hold your personal information on my systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with me.

I use cookies on my website and will ask you to consent to my use of cookies when you first visit my website where you can opt-in and opt-out.

I may process information about your use of my website using our analytics tracking system for the purposes of analysing website use. This may include:

o  geographical location;

The lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interests in monitoring and improving our website and services. The tracking software we use is Google Analytics.
