After a challenging 2020, I am delighted to launch my brand spanking new website in 2021!

I am very excited to be able to offer Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and Reiki healing to the world. RTT and Reiki has the ability to transform lives, powerfully and permanently, from confidence to fertility, physical and emotional pain to finding one's life purpose.

I specialise in helping working mothers and teenagers balance the stresses and strains of modern day life; I help free those suffering with addictions, from alcohol and gambling to overeating and social media; for those suffering with pain, whether acute or chronic, I offer relief through both RTT and Reiki; and for those suffering with problems sleeping, either getting to sleep or staying asleep, I help you to overcome the blocks causing the problems allowing for a restful night's sleep.

Rapid Transformational Therapy is a pioneering therapy and combines the most effective techniques of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to remove limiting beliefs by identifying the root cause created by a past life event and reframing them.

Reiki is an energy therapy from Japan that uses the gentle yet powerful universal life force energy that exists within every living thing. Reiki healing can support you physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. 

Both therapies can be provided as stand-alone treatments, yet RTT and Reiki work very well together. Once RTT has got to the root cause and reframed any negative beliefs; Reiki can then balance your energetic field, helping you to adapt to the permanent transformations that take place following your RTT session. Reiki can also be used to identify imbalances in your energetic field prior to using RTT to find out the root cause of these imbalances.
